I'm probably the minority in this...but I love snow and cold. I missed that almost as much as my liberties during the California years.

I am and glad to hear La Porte County may get up to two feet of snow. Lake County will get less here than there.

Anyone who wants to take beginning FOIL FENCING classes, my fencing club (in St John) just announced that we will be offering an introductory class in FOIL fencing starting the first Monday in March. Classes last for 2 hours per night and will be held on Monday of each week, for 8 consecutive weeks. Cost is modest, equipment is provided by the club, so basically you show up and learn.

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE is needed. This class is great for HOME SCHOOLED children, for anyone who is looking for a sport that they can participate in their entire life, etc.

I'm NOT involved in the teaching of this class, the coach teaching this class with be Kendra McPheeters-Neal, she is also the Foil Coach at Lowell H.S. and fenced at Purdue.

Classes are open to anyone age 8 and above. We have members at the club ranging from about 8yrs old up to 60 years old.

Now as to how to get your NWI INGO to NRA event into the INGO EVENTS thread.

1) You are going to have a NWI INGO Coffee Meet @ Indy
2) That event will happen 30 mins **BEFORE** the NRA convention and will be at the dunkin donuts (DD) close to the NRA convention
3) Your post will be on coordinating the number of cars that will be going to the DD for your coffee meet
4) You will be updating the OP to show car + driver + passengers

That you all happen to go to the NRA convention **AFTER** is just a surprise.
Do I need to have someone hold your hand while you go to the bathroom as well WD?

If any of this looks like fun to you then you may want to take up the sport!

All these were taken at our club, we fence all 3 weapons there (Saber, Epee and Foil). And on some nights we even break out specialized Dagger Fencing equipment where you have blades in both hands and there are no rules!

That's better. Looks like you got out in the fresh air. You should have someone check the CO detector batteries in your workplace/home. That previous post was brutal.
