Anyone want/need my old computer? It's basically just the shell .... I pulled the hard drives, RAM, and video/audio cards. It still has the DVD-R, CD-R, 3.5 disk, card reader, etc.

If it was allowed, I would bring it to a Meet & Shoot and let Jedi take some pot shots at it with a GLOCK.

Free to good home ... or scrapper. It goes to the curb on Monday.

Poor PC it served it's ruthless master well and this is the thanks it gets!

Wow ... seriously, I need to stop posting links to anything potentially useful or helpful.

This is Schererville Police ... not the Illinois State Police (the ones advocating vomiting and peeing). . .

I think you make very valid points, but my experience with the folks in Schererville's government are generally negative. I know 2 of the police officers and both a good guys. I also know a few other folks that are miserable pieces of human debris and do a disservice to all people in government employ.

Generally speaking, I think it is reasonable to be very skeptical of government self defense classes because, time after time, they disappoint and generally are anti-weapon. There are exceptions.

I'll tell you what, I have absolutely no faith in the jury system. I served on a jury, the state didn't prove their case. There was seven charges against the guy. Everyone immediately said Guilty, because of personal feelings. But based on the facts, I said not guilty.

Slowly I started bringing people over to my side. We eventually settled after 3 hours on 3 not guilty's, guilty to 1 felony, and 3 guilty's to lesser charges.

It made me rethink the whole I'd rather be tried by 12 then carried by 6 saying.

In other news the bottom course of landscape timbers are in the ground. That was fun.

The big surprise I think I forgot to mention yesterday is that my 4 y/o son learned how to ride a bike. He's a pedaling fool!

Think I may go test drive the only Passat TDI with a manual trans that team VW has tomorrow. Not my color but what the heck. And hey Bob, check this out. It may be a deal breaker. Just found it.
