I like Kentucky. They are pretty on the ball when it comes to driver and vehicle licencing. I love going to the DMV or the clerks office and walking out with my licence and plates the same day. Within minutes of walking in.

Just got my ham radio plates on my car today. Went to the office on my lunch break and was back in time (with a minute to spare no less).

    Horray for KNOPPIX! :rockwoot:

    Knoppix 1 virus/trojan horse 0

mngr, exe was a b*** to try to remove with windows tools.
Finally was able to track the folders/process it was making and fired up KNOPPIX and :ar15:. Restarted in Windows and :nono: trojan! :D

Still got to clean out the registry and all the crap it left behind but that can wait for the weekend I'm beat.

    So what is the lesson?
If you must visit porn sites or have boys that will on your PC please go to "safe" porn sites [1] and don't download anything they might want you to download.

That "you won" popup is a LIE! So it the "Play "xyz" game for free".

But don't listen it's better for us computer fixers if you don't and we clean up after you. :spend:

I wanna go to the range tomorrow. I don't know what time or what range, but I wanna go. I may go to an indoor, but prefer outdoor. I may go in the morning or the afternoon. I may go, I may not go.... I'm not sure, but I do know I want to go.

In reality, I'll probably end up at the clubhouse talking about how I want to go to the range, while never actually going to the range.

I'm thinking JP is sounding good to me sometime in the morning. Wanna put a few through the shotgun. What kind of target hangers are at JP? Do I need clothes pins or will my staple gun work?

teknickle question for you that know more than I (hopefully)
since i got my full size series 80 colt i've had mag release issues (have to push VERY hard to get mag to drop) doesn't matter what mag, tried lot's of different ones. ithas the wilson combat (shut up jedi) oversize mag release installed. so i do some looking and don't see a physical problem with the release and since i have it, i go ahead and install the factory mag release, WALA! mag's drop perfectly. soooooo further investigation shows the wilson mag release is missing a slot that seems to be catching the mag release spring catch and not allowing the button to be pushed far enough in to properly drop the mag. weird.

factory mag release. you can obviously see the slot extends back beyond the groove the catch turns in to allow the catch to fall deeper onto the release and making dropping the mag easy.

now the wilson combat piece, see how the slot doesn't go beyond the groove the catch turns in? therefore the release button doesn't push in as far and makes it very hard to drop a mag.

Was talking to my brother in law about maybe hitting blythes today. Wouldn't be until the afternoon since my nephew wants to go as well.

This is all contingent on if I can even hold and shoot a pistol since I just got my forearm tattoo last night. Still a bit sore.
