Yes, I am sure they are LaRouchies and I have taken flyers from them recently in Cedar Lake, Dyer and Schererville. They are a bizarre wing of the Democratic Party and the literature that I got says so.

You are attempting to preach to the choir. I'm the guy with the LIBERTARIAN bumper sticker. I believe that no matter who gets in we are going over the cliff. I also believe that one will take us to communism while the other will slow the momentum. I'm going with the guy who will slow us down a bit. My believe is that the GOP is being taken over by the Tea Party groups, which have a Libertarian bent. I also believe that the US is, for the rest of my life, going to remain a 2 party system. That said, I want to take over the GOP from the inside and turn it into a Libertarian party in the same way the socialists/communists have taken over the Democratic Party.

Android AQT Scorer App

So I finally figured out where to download the development software to make apps for android phones!

Here is a few screen shots of the app I'm working on called AQT Scorer.
The screenshots are of an emulator phone but I think it gives an idea of what the app will do.

(the ???are just a placeholder for testing the app)

(in the shoot above the shooter has shot twice (for 6 pts each time) thus 3 shots left and a total of 12 pts so far.

Basically instead of having to track via paper how you shoot the AQT Test (started appleseed targets)

you will be able to do it via phone and have the phone do the math for you and give you your final score!

Next up break out the booze so I can start doing some late night coding sessions!

We just got the talk at work how health insurance benefits will be taxed, and not just the part I pay, but the part the employer pays too.

We got a "talk" this past week, our insurance is going up 24% next year, so along with no pay increase for the last 3 years, I am going to lose another $.62 an hour just to cover health insurance.

Blame Obama for that. He's driven up insurance costs faster than any other cause that I know of. A good friend of mine is an independent agent, I've sat in on some of his seminars and can't believe the crap that Obamacare is pushing down.

There is plenty to blame for users who abuse the system. Kid breaks his arm and mom asks the doctor for a $1500 MRI instead of a $175 X-Ray because the "insurance will pay" for it. But most of those abuses are built into the costs already. What is being built in now, prior to 2014, is the costs of Obama's HHS mandates. That "free" contraceptive service and other "free" services like keeping "children" on a policy until they are 26 years old that are mandated . . . well that is not free. You just got the bill.

We don't have the final numbers yet. Somewhere between 6% and 28%. Don't forget to add the extra tax in.

Well I'm a bit worried about the whole you gotta have insurance or we will send the IRS after you to collect a tax and the civil liabilities and the interest and other penalties because you couldn't afford the 1200.00 per month to have insurance thingy....

It's scary when a govment can just up and send someone to jail because they won't buy thier favored product... Talk about drug dealers... the govment has become the biggest offender if you ask me...

Get out and vote guys, it might not make a difference but if you vote atleast you will have the right to complain about the whole mess later on....

Well, there's that whole thing of you can't challenge a 'tax' until it is paid. So now that we know Obamacare is a tax, once somebody pays it, it can be ruled unconstitutional. Do I hear a volunteer for the test case?

Well I'm not planning on paying it unless I can, but with the way the economy is going I'm probably gonna be forced to volunteer to let them screw up and come visit me...

I mean doing basic math... when a business makes a dollar they have 50 cents to spend towards thier employee.... or expense that dollar out so they can use it's full worth. If I was gonna buy the 1200.00 insurance plan they offer me then I would have to pay my self the 1200.00 to pay to the insurance company and in order to do that I would have to have the company bring in 2400.00 so I could pay the employment taxes on the 1200.00 needed... anyways it's a real shame that thier gonna use the IRS to haul overall good people off to jail because they couldn't make enough money to buy insurance... When the insurance companies are the original problem in the first place... I mean think about it... if the insurance companies weren't out there then the medical facilities and doctors would be regulated like all other products in a free market. They wouldn't charge 4 dollars for a aspirin because the patient wouldn't go to that doctor or facility for care based on thier ability to pay for the services.. The market would have controlled the price of these services because there wasn't any insurance company that could just cough up large sums of money for the services being rendered and the patient would have paid better attention to the costs being charged and decided what they could afford to spend and then that would naturally force the medical facilities to keep thier prices in check with what the market would pay.... Anyways it would have been much better to take the insurance companies out of the mix much earlier and allowed the market to dictate these costs... now were stuck with they don't care... pay it or else...mentality...

The market does not dictate the cost of heathcare, the .gov does. The payout of the .gov is set at, say 33% of the asking price. So the hospitals set the price at 3 times the brake even. This is the price that the insurance companies and out of pocket payers are charged for the service. Discounts can be negotiated, but if the initial price is not 3 times the brake even, the .gov will not cover the provider's cost of the service.

I want to put a bullet into my spent casing from firing the 50 cal at the M+S and fill the case with enough weight to make it seem "real".
