There was another fire at a huge chicken farm recently. This makes over 20 fires at food farms or storage facilities/warehouses this year. All that damage to the food chain has got to be driving up prices. Chicken breast has officially doubled in price from this time last year.
Wonder if this is deliberate sabotage

Yes they have. I was doing some stuff around the garage and outside and the temps went from nice this morning to ALMOST cold now. And according to the weather predictions it’s going to be warm again tomorrow so
Yeah. Was out in yard and felt a cool breeze. 15 minutes later went from 75 down to 63

I felt it too. I was thinking about grilling out, but. Ow I’m thinking about cooking in the house. I mean it’s not like I’m worried about heating the house up. LOL. Besides with Dad I keep the house at a steady temp turning the heat and A/C on as needed. I mean at 83, almost 84 he can’t handle temperature swings as much anymore.

Never have been one to let the cold stop me from grilling. I've shoveled thru 2 ft of snow before to grill out :):

I musta got in before the temp. drop.

Family was out chopping up a tree that came down earlier.
NIPSCO had it cut off the line, but now it's our problem.

We had to stop, we're getting too old.
Amount of work being done was dropping off, so what the heck, it'll still be there tomorrow.

We have been updating a lot of restaurant menus lately. Average price increase is 10 to 15% for little items and 25 to 40% on meat, beef in particular.

    .
It will eventually get to the point that we will stop eating out.
