SOLD Does anyone need a beginner guitar for a Christmas gift? I've added goodies to the deal. NIB Jasmine model S35 (decent full-sized entry-level guitar, not a toy), new Gator Cases gig bag, book for beginners, capo, and three picks. Box for guitar included. I have it for $109 on Marketplace, but the secret squirrel INGO price is $100. I'm losing at least $50 on the deal, but with my shoulder problems, the guitar is too big for me. SOLD

Once my divorce is finalized will be grabbing all the ot I can when not with my kids or having other appointments.
You may want to reconsider that.
Any increase in earnings messes with the child support calculations. Overtime really complicates this since it's not a steady amount.

And with the courts involved they will either slap you with say "xyz" of OT assumed per check or worse will ask that every quarter those OT hours be recalculated and you will see quarterly adjustments for thr OT for the child support. So every quarter you will get a nice "bill" from the courts for back payments due.

Even if you pay them on time they appear as back child support and causes chaos on paperwork.

Head on a swivel Act. That sounds like a recipe for bad **** happening.

    .
    Of course it is.
    Tired old guys make mistakes.

    And equipment isn't being maintained.

Almost got taken out by a blob of liquid steel because of a damaged oxygen blast housing.

But, normally I yell at bosses and disregard the consequences.
Now that I'm leaving, it hasn't made me bite my tongue any more than before.

    22 days left.
Finally called HR for my paperwork.
So now I wait to fill it out.
Lady informed me "if you change your mind..."
    Bla bla bla.
    Didn't listen, not gonna happen.

So, we're looking at adding another instrument to measure a level and cause an alarm.
All because they blew up stuff because they IGNORED an alarm. An alarm that sounded every 10 minutes for 9 hours.
But the NEW alarm will FIX it.
Don't yell at all the people that ignored the alarm.

Kinda like new gun laws will surely help the crime problem...

 if you change your mind.

At least they gave YOU that option.
On this side they played a dirty trick on our staff.

    Don't play near liquid steel.
Getting rid of the body is not a problem.

    Damn it.
When I retire I lose my ability to get rid of bodies.

Reminds me of a process engineer years ago demanding that I discipline some of my guys for missing an alarm that was active 90% of the time on any given day. He wasn't the cause of the crappy alarm configurations, just frustrated with it like the operators. We used the same alarm panel to indicate both nuisance process alarms and the serious alarms that tell you something really bad is brewing. We went on a crusade to stamp out alarm saturation and actually had some success once I got the right people working on it.

Yes. I've had to fight alarm saturation also.
Too many, and they get ignored.

But in this case, they flooded an area, blew up 4160volt equipment.
    Pumps, huge breakers, etc.
Also lost around 3 days of production
