Old man pains this morning. Hurt to get out of bed. Hurts to sit in a chair. Hurt to walk down the stairs. I had a new fencing student yesterday for the 2 hour high school practice. Then I went to teach a 2 hour advanced beginner class in the evening. I think I pulled, twisted or strained every muscle in my body. Anyone want to bring me a bath tub sized tube of Ben-Gay?

I sympathize with you on the pain.
But I am NOT volunteering for ANYTHING.

Wife has had a lot of painting done in the house this past year. I just finished wasting some cans of unused latex with that thickening powder so they can go in the trash. Seems like metal paint cans are junk nowadays. Most of the paint I dispose of is because the can rusted and contaminated it within a few months after being opened. You can't save it very long for the next job. Paint used to keep for years. Maybe I'll buy paint in plastic cans next time. That's my boomer rant for the day.
