So yeah, I have Monday thru Thursday off from work so I'm hanging out at the wife's hotel so I can steal some wifi.

I keep trying to make a kydex holster for my S&W 457 so I can have some form of retention instead of the crappy $20 holster I got from cabelas. I think I will just give up and get a nice leather retention holster instead.

I'm sure Kydex would be doable but theres too much investment needed right now (but thanks to Jay/Lonehoosier for the tips... it's something I'm going to do eventually though).

ps: I saw Ted at the movies the other night. I haven't laughed so hard at a movie in ages. People of my generation and older will LOVE it. If you have a sense of humour. Oh, and please parents, DON'T take your little kids in there... *shakes head*.. Kentucky..
