We've got power at our house (south CP near hospital) but it's out south, east, and west of us. If ours goes out, we have the NG backup gen, so there's that.

    I am the positive.

    Ugh.
Friend of mine tested positive in March. Fairly mild. Never hospitalized. Treated with Tylenol.

Tested negative a couple weeks later. Tested negative again.

Zero underlying conditions. Healthy and athletic. M 50’s with no risk factors.

He has serious complications, can’t work, zero stamina, difficulty breathing. Still testing negative but has the antibodies to prove he had it.

Take care of yourself and don’t mess with this disease

When did the complications start if he had so little symptoms when he was positive?

Took a friend to a couple guns shops today in SE IN to buy his 1st firearm. He chose the Sig P365. He's in the process of getting his LTCH. Gave him a lot of info to get started. Sold him a couple boxes of ball rounds and a box of hollowpoints at precovid prices to get him started. Took some shots at some cans in the yard at Mom & Dad's after.

Side note: When we walked out of the shop, he remarked how easy that was. I said, yep, if you're a proper person, it is.

Great way to start the year!

Well, the gun, mags, and holster were in the bag the hospital gave me when they discharged me.
Not that I had it in the hospital.
Just when I got home, I had to run to the washroom, so I grabbed the stuff out of my pistol safe, jammed it in the bag, and RAN into the house.
    And then promptly forgot it.

I was sure it was in the house somewhere.
But I was getting a bit worried.
