I hate when fiber optic installers mess up. I hate even more proving to them that they messed up. And I hate even more asking my director for 2k for a device to prove they messed up.

I know exaclty how you feel. I have 2 contractors pointing fingers at each other over hows stuff is not working. The data cable or the equipment at the end. I just ....... need it to work.
