The archiet is a lady and she is damb good!
The main contractor has gone thru 3 project managers with this last one knowing his stuff. Some of the subs. OMFG!!!

I have no experience with State Farm roadside assistance, or anyone.

We had a claim regarding our State Farm house insurance and I was very happy with how well they handled it.

No clue about roadside assistance or anything car related, however.
