It was the finale of last year's 1/2 hog...but not to worry, I will be traveling to pick up my annual 1/2 beef & 1/2 hog. At that point, it can snow and ice to where we are trapped in the house because we'll be set. The deep freezer is pretty lean right now.

I've been quite busy as of late with life, and life issues. I am not at liberty to explain it all right now, but suffice it to say that there have been quite a few major changes around the household in the last 6 months. I still get on and check the thread and try to keep up, but don't seem to have enough time to get everything done that I would like to.
