You can tell that summer is here.
Not only is it hotter than a $2 pistol, but people are calling off left and right for stupid reasons.
Lots of pretendinitus going around.
It's all good though, I picked up 4, 12s on back turn this week in addition to my scheduled 3, now I've already got a 16 with two more 12s to go. Hopefully I can turn 12s into 16s and I'll be rolling come payday.

No personal days here.
The best you can do, is use a day of vacation. But that has to be scheduled.

Obviously self employed... I feel your pain.
