I've been a little busy.

Now that OT is almost gone, I'm finally catching up on stuff.

There is still one other "store" in that bldg (ie. cellphone vendor) so I'm not sure they will knock it down per say. It's on a busy street with lots of traffic but not sure what store would want to go into their alone.

Not yet. In Detriot everything revolved around the car companies and the political climate brought that place down.
NWI has a bit more diverse "income" (ie. steel mills, chemical mills (BP, etc..), city jobs in Chicago) so it has a few more legs to support it.
Granted 2 of those 3 legs are very weak.
