Since we don't have emission testing here you could throw whatever motor you want in say a pt loser and not worry about it till you go to sell, or get pulled over by the police if you have a car so loud it throws off flashing lights and they inspect for emission controls.

40 bucks every Friday and she calls bingo so I usually drink about 13 bucks worth while tipping another 10 and then she drinks two 2 dollar drinks and the rest usually goes to pull tabs.

I don't agree with emissions, but I do agree on vehicle inspections. IE:brakes, tires, glass, lighting, fluid leaks... Way too many idiots out there with faulty vehicles
