OK...My day started off at about 8am with getting the smoker and grill ready. Had to get the ribs on the grill. Was kinda busy with things around the yard, so I didn't get the ribs when they first went in, but here they are at 2 hours. I wrapped two, and left one out to compare.

After 2 more hours I pulled the ribs out of the foil and this is what they looked like:

I added chicken and brats to the smoker at the same time as the ribs when back sans foil:

I also made a pulled pork Mac and Cheese as well. Ran out of room on the smoker so I pressed the Weber into service for it:

The brats and chicken looked kinda pale and needed some color so I added them to the weber over the direct heat:

MY money was on the ones that got foiled. They were nice and juicy, MUCH juicier than the ones that were left alone. I guess I could have used a mop sauce, but I was wanting to compare the two and wouldn't have been able to mop the ones in the foil.

Exactly my words when the phone woke me up this morning. When Mars (the candy bar company) breaks a SS roller they want it NOW!
They seem to think everybody stays open 24-7-365 ... just because they do.

The sound far better than they taste..at least IMHO I didn't find them very tasty, but that was me....
