Scored some more 35 Remington wouldn't mind dialing in at the 200 yard line with the Marlin...

Love this insulin pump for controlling Diabetes, hate it when you pull one off and it bleeds for 30 minutes... but compresses do seem to work finally and medical glue does seem to stop the seeping after the main bleeding is done... Those medical classes did come in handy... and that is my early morning rant...

Soon hoards will race to gas stations then load grocery carts with eggs, milk, & bread because apparently a snow event brings on a desire for French Toast!

The range decision tomorrow will likely revolve around the wind. I did the sub-arctic shoot last time, but there was no wind. So I didn't even need gloves. Not a big fan of wind cutting right down to the bone.

Got my new scanner today. Prolly should have gotten a better upgraded one. Any way to hear PD units talking without a digital scanner for this E-911 crap?

Need a recommendation for an affordable FFL near Dyer... My buddy gave his FFL up and south county is moving over the next few weeks...

i've used j&D several time over the years, great guy, home ffl. just call and give him a heads up if you use him, he vacations 2-3 times a year foe a week or two.

Got about 1" of snow on the patio table outside. No snow on the walkways or paved driveway, just a bit of slush.

North and west of Chicago apparently got a good amount of snow. Maybe even feets ot if in some spots. I am supposed to be at a fencing tournament in Wisconsin with our high school team but the school cancelled our trip due to bad road conditions.
