So I got a 30/50 pressure switch. Bad news is, my pump won't even get close to 50 so it never shuts off... Only makes 35psi...

Pump shot?

Maybe the pressure switch is shot. Might not be switching states.

Did you set the switch?

If your pump can only pump to 35 psi, and you have the pressure switch set at 40 psi, then the pump will never shut down.

I didn't not find a lower switch then 30/50. And you can't adjust them.. You can only adjust the difference. If the switch doesn't see 50 it isn't shutting down

Any well pressure switch I've seen is adjustable.
But now that I've looked, your pump should probably be going higher than the 35 you said it was going.
So, you may need a pump.

I took a round about route home to miss the construction. Pretty sure I got hit with a speed camera, then I hit a sewer cap pothole and blew out my tire. I think I'll just stay in this weekend.

Installed a new pump. Only getting 25 psi now. It has a built in 30/50.... It won't even fill up my bladder tank, it won't shut down....


Have a bleeder line I Crack when it's running and no air at all, solid water... So I don't think my well piping is cracked or sucking air... Wtf

Sp VW is giving out a goodwill care package to those affected by the emission scandal. Seeing as I'm not the least bit upset I applaud VW for giving me free money and 3 yrs of 24hr roadside assistance. I'm debating whether to get an Xbox one with Fallout 4 and Fallout 3 game download, finish my AR build, or as the wife wants to spend on home goods or bills especially after finishing the AR which would only need a barrel and clamp on front sight block. I did think if I had a chance to shoot a bodyguard 380 next Saturday and liked it a new gun purchase.
