I miss JG, she left of her own volition. I don't remember why.

88GT, I remember the screen name, but I missed the meltdown.

    I miss Cathyinblue.

I miss the Libertarians, Mr Jarrel, and Hornadyl.

    And, who is E5ranger, now.

Does anyone familiar with this work see a correlation to what is happening as we watch society slide towards the drain.

Especially so if viewed as a part of Kubrik's work rather than by itself. The man had a lot to say and said it well; not a prophet but a man in the know.

    .
As I recall she was in a disagreement with a mod. He told her to go and say what she wanted and he wouldn't ban her. She said it and he banned her. Then it was rescinded, but she was rightfully ticked and left.

Pretty much. That entire mess was, well, a mess.
But in this JG was having a lot of life struggles outside the forum and they seemed to bleed into here. He posting style seriously changed.
88 was just very boisterous. She drew a lot of attention.
    I miss her gardening posts.

Is it just me or does it seem that he has been unusually quiet since the Mueller Report dropped and the Smolett Charges were dropped?

Joe Rogan and Ben Shapiro talked about Russia situation on today's podcast.

Pointed out how disappointed the media felt when the report came out... which clearly showed how they wanted it to go the other way. In a non-biased world, they would be happy there was no collusion.

Anyway, Joe also wondered, at this point, how many people Trump could sue right now over the sort of things that were claimed about him/Russia.

Wonder if we see a lawsuit spree when he leaves office

There really isn't anything 'new' until the report is actually released. All this brouhaha about redaction, yada yada yada, isn't news.
But, reading the tea leaves, Mueller doesn't have indictable offenses sufficient to suggest an impeachment inquiry. Pelosi has said: impeachment doesn't make sense.

Frankly, when AOC is the huge news or Uncle Joe getting handsy with the babes on the campaign trail....there isn't much of value in the present news cycle. I've pretty much avoided reading anything but highlights on Google News.
