I've read enough to say that I often agree with both of you in principle and that I think you are both good people at heart, but a more kindly/civilly worded delivery of your points would be more effective for the audience at large. I often cringe when you guys have a good point, but lose it within the vitriol. As for your opposite numbers, I just plain disagree with them (often) and also find them probably more vitriolic (though I admit I could be somewhat biased in this view).
