Not sure if anyone here has seen some of the court videos of this guy. Many will consider this guy an average nut. He lives in Montana and was arrested for fishing without a fishing license, not providing identification and resisting arrest. What's your opinion on this.

Why wouldn't you just give them your id and not resist arrest so you didn't get additional charges. :dunno:

Because he doesn't recognize the judicial system, refutes his identification and those who would attempt to arrest him for his right to feed himself.

Putting the profanity blocker the test here.
Great speal by comedian Doug Stanhope here:

They say if you give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day, but if you teach a man to fish.... then he's gotta get a fishing license, but he doesn't have any money. So he's got to get a job and get into the Social Security system and pay taxes, and now you're gonna audit the poor **********, 'cause he's not really good with math. So he'll pull the IRS van up to your house, and he'll take all your ****. He'll take your black velvet Elvis and your Batman toothbrush, and your penis pump, and that all goes up for auction with the burden of proof on you because you forgot to carry the one, 'cause you were just worried about eating a ****ing fish, and you couldn't even cook the fish 'cause you needed a permit for an open flame. Then the Health Department is going to start asking you a lot of questions about where are you going to dump the scales and the guts. 'This is not a sanitary environment', and ladies and gentlemen if you get sick of it all at the end of the day... not even legal to kill yourself in this country. Thanks again, John Ashcroft, you weird bible addict, can't even handle your own drug. You were born free, you got ****ed out of half of it, and you wave a flag celebrating it. [audience member]: Hey, don't hold back! [Doug]: You got an argument? [a.m.] No, keep goin'! ... The only true freedom you find, is when you realize and come to terms with the fact that you are completely and unapologetically ****ed, and then you are free to float around the system.

Capital letters, sig-na-chur, I've done due process, titles of nobility, mouthing words that they do not understand, contorting the words of plain English, just typical SC/Ponzi/False Hope game nonsense. Heck, even the holder of the Hero of INGO, Alex Jones, thinks they are crackpots.

It is a sad day in this country when you can not fish to eat.

    1. Fish your own fish and your property.

    2. Or, pay the citizens to use their fish.

The fraudsters who think they are their own special snowflake in the SC movement want free stuff. They should have to pay just like all the other special snowflakes.

I do not recognize your post because of the fringe on it.

I do not believe you can pass judgement on my post, for I am a man on land.

    your jurisdiction is on water

The amazing thing is that this really happened. This isn't made up, it actually happened in court. Sure the freezing temperatures in Canada drive people mad, but I've heard stuff like this here in the US too.

Absolutely. Its not "The King's fish", as some espouse, its "The People's fish". King's fish implies only the goverment can use them. The People's fish is the truth, anyone can use them once they buy their fishing license. Why the need for a license/tax and laws regarding fur/fish/game at all? Because people have a horrible record of not leaving enough for the next guy when there's no rules. Species hunted to extinction, lands ravaged and left infertile, etc. The American people, through the government, have done an OUTSTANDING job of stopping that. Game remains plentiful, large tracts of land are preserved for nature and for humans to enjoy that nature, and more people have access to those benefits. To preserve that takes money and it requires regulation, and a fishing license is a small price to pay for the benefits it provides to everyone.

Teddy Roosevelt recognized that and was instrumental in our modern National Park system, saying "The extermination of the buffalo has been a veritable tragedy of the animal world."

I'd rather he fish than become a welfare whore. But nope now we have to pay for his jail cell. What a crock of ...

The only idea they have ever manifested as to what is a government of consent, is this -- that it is one to which everybody must consent, or be shot.
