A buddy of mine loves to restore old Triumphs. Here's his latest project for an old racing frame.

Damn dude what the hell happened? Glad you're ok for the most part.
I came in a bit hot to a blind curve at the crest of a hill and ran out of suspension travel. I don’t think the front wheel was even on the pavement when I left the roadway.

I was riding it out fine and headed back towards the road when I hit a drainage culvert hidden by the grass, which stopped the bike a few feet short of the rider.

Not sure what that means. It’s a Neotech 2. I’ll likely replace with the same. Best helmet I’ve ever had.
I don't think that I'm spelling it right, I have the earlier model and it didn't make Snell rating, I loved it but I wanted that rating.
So I bought a new Shoei, best and most comfortable helmets I've ever owned.

I wish I could afford a Shoei or one of those new carbon fiber Euro safety rated buckets. Super lightweight! Just what my spine needs. Oh while I'm dreaming, I might as well wish for bluetooth to my phone / bike interface!
Sucks not having a real job and on SS disability only.

Glad to hear you made it home in one piece.

I'll admit there are many times when I'm cruising to the VFW or around the local area I don't have my brain bucket on.

I always do on the highway, and I ride slow, like a grandpa, but still praying I don't get nailed by some idiot on their phone one day so my wife will say "I told you" as she pulls the plug.
