I would like to submit for consideration the notion that there's a distinct difference between "appendix" and "mexican". While I admit that the former still carries some inherent danger, it does not rise (sink) to the level of "mexican".

I would also like to point out that the article doesn't describe in detail how the man was carrying. Maybe he was ankle carrying and is about to become a very famous man.

Mexican carry=carrying without a holster, maybe pointing at your junk if you are cool and hip, maybe not.

Either you're willing to lay a sacrifice on the altar of the 2a effort, or you're not. Some give their time, some give their money... you have to give what you can.

What safeties? Glock, XD, or whatever, when all you have to do is hold the weapon and pull the trigger, there is no safety. When a three year old can pick up a weapon and fire it, there is no safety.

Putting a "safety" on the trigger makes considerably less senss than putting a screen door on a submarine.

There are 3 safeties on a Glock.

What if you put on a dirty baseball cap and grew out a monkey butt? Would that help you point your gun at your junk? Upon reviewing the gun rags it does seem to help.
