How about, if someone makes accusations, but turns out to be wrong, gets banned after a certain amount of those accusations?

The rules do NOT state a 'reason', OR 'state of mind' for the posts.
Only that they are 'quality', and not just one liners.

The person making the 50 'quality' posts does not have to do that for any reason, just has to make those posts.

Which is why she isn't banned. But stating your intentions to just post to make the classifieds will definitely get you a second look

With this poster being in another state. I don't understand why getting to the magic 50 could be a benefit. There might be numerous firearms that might be illegal in MA, and even an FFL couldn't transfer. I don't know what their laws are. I just know they are not 2A friendly. Plus, someone willing to sale to her even.
