Seriously. We do not always let them back. Many sneak in and hang out under the radar and others just can not help themselves so it is right back to the some ole same ole.

Some have returned hat in hand knowing the errors of their ways. They ask to return. We discuss it. in the majority and maybe yes, they can. But it is under double secret probation of course.
