Assuming the next nominee is a known, qualified individual, I would be in favor of immediate up or down votes in both the committee and full Senate. Ram this thing through fast and hard, and avoid the Lib circus altogether. Is there any legal restrictions preventing this? I say this because the Dems have abandoned all sense of fair play and decorum, or tradition. **** em all. Time they learned elections have consequences.
