This will probably be one of the biggest political battles in the history of our nation. Our liberties are at stake!

You right wing conservative boy's got your butts puckering up a bit 'eh. Don't worry, when Hillary is elected president she will fill this vacancy, no problem. Then your butts will really pucker.

Just remember: when Hillary is elected it will not be because America loves the Clinton's. It will be because the Republican party can't find it's a$$ with both hands naked in a mirror.

Wrong forum and, seeing your profile location, wrong state.

kut - unfortunately we have been fed the politics of division. From the relatively collegial back-and-forth of Tip O'Neill and Reagan, the discourse has been building in volume and rancor. While it has come from both sides, arguably... the bitterness of the vitriol, the divisiveness and general butthole-ishness (if there is such a word) of the Clinton and Obama Administrations has been unmatched in recent times. ESPECIALLY the Obama Administration - which has steadfastly refused to even discuss ideas with opponents.

I respect Inoue's service, I disagree all to hell with his political stance. THAT is not an unfair position. Heck I feel the same way about McCain!

Unfortunately the politics of division are leading us towards the permanent division of our nation.

Mark my words, this will be the fight that may possibly end the Republican Party. If they oppose the nomination, the better hope to hell they win the WH.
