    Is it wrong? Is it a sickness? It just came over me so suddenly.

    Was in Bradis this afternoon and the Mosin rack seemed to call out my name. I couldn't resist owning a piece of history and from what I understand a fun gun to shoot. Oh and those "spam cans" have a way of getting into your car with you when you are not looking.

    Now I can't quit fondling my Mosin.

    By the way, the gang at Bradis gave exceptional service as always. Thanks to all who helped me today.

    Dude, you can't just throw out an "I bought a new Mosin" thread and not post pics. What's the matter with you?

    The fondling part is part of the disease.... usually its BRD not MRD though, you just caught a different strain.

    BRD= Black Rifle Disease
    MRD= Mosin Rifle Disease

    At the risk of being ostracied for my ignorance, could someone school me on whats so great about Mosins? I always thought they were just inexpensive milsurp rifles.

    Bradis is the devil. They put the german ladies next to the russian ones, and I fell off the mosin wagon, being lured to the dark side :) I just sold the four mosins I had to make room for more k98's (of which I have three now).

    World War II bolt actions for the win! :)
