    I tend to rely on speakeasy.net Chicago server, it has proved to be very consistent and reliable. I have my internet through Monon Telephone Co and fiber to the home so I get amazing speeds.

    Here is an older speedtest i ran.

    I was testing a new speed...the uploads were never right, but the downloads were great!

    most of the time when you see a result like this it is a misread on the server end. Most online speedtests don't support gige testing from outside their internet networks. But I suppose anything is possible.

    Heard the other day that in Japan you can get a gig for 25 a month. I am at 2.25 down and like 1.0 on my wifi on my iPhone. That is also on the slowest speed package I can get. Oh AT&T not longer supports/installs dsl for a reason.
