Ran hill on Saturday. Biked the big hill on Sunday.

Monday was off (gun cleaning and reloading session).

Tuesday is double yoga sessions as workout buddy is in Pennsylvania for bidness (and hopefully microbrew scouting reports).

I know I should do something of the sort but struggle with it so I just do more of the other two. Perhaps I will regret that someday.
Trust me, it'll catch up eventually. I've just started getting into yoga & mobility work in the last 6 months or so, and it can make a huge difference in the other two. I'd have a ton of other problems if it wasn't for that.

Ever been at a mall? Have you seen an elderly couple walking where the husband is taking the 4" Geritol steps in his oversized shoes as his hips are so tight they are causing him teeth-sucking pain and his spine looks like a question mark?

    Yeah, I don't want that.

Stretching/yoga is akin to the emphasis on flippy-gun ninja crap over basic gun handling in the gun culture: everyone wants to be a ninja, no one wants to stand in horse stance.

Everyone wants to lift and "get huge" and wear tight skull t-shirts, but no want wants to get supple so they can lock up into solid shooting positions or do one handed draws from behind.

    Well said.
