5 by 8 tonight (5 exercises, 8 times around). It was less than optimal and in the middle of it neighbor's wife walked out to see me doing burpees while sweating like I was a bright red lawn sprinkler.

    Freeman, so smooth.

Yoga tomorrow and we re-start Wing Chun on Friday after a summer off. Oil can, oil can.

Thats why I workout in the basement. Plus it's nice and cool down there.

I think work really gets in the way of my progress. If I could do nothing but work out 2 hours a day, eat well and get 10-12 hours of sleep I would get PR's on a more consistent basis. Ill go a month or 6 weeks and no Pr's then BAM 4 PR's in the last 2 weeks.

Nicely done! It would take me forever to do the HSPU, and those would be scaled with a plate

    today was 14 min EMOM
    odd: row 12 cal
    even: 10 deadlifts

i did 225 for the first three deadlifts rounds then went to 205 for one and 185 for last three. Rows were 12,12,12,12,9,9,10

that one was much harder than expected

Went for a 5 mile run yesterday. Feeling much better then the previous one, but still off my target pace. Still increasing my mileage slowly to not reinjure my leg.

Today was a slow and steady one

    8 rounds:
    6 front squats (I did 85#)
    8 hanging power cleans 85#
    10 medball sit ups, I did 14#

took me 16:16. I really need to do some interval training for cardio to help get my times lower. Two friends did the intro class tonight so it was fun to see them there
