    today was 2 6min AMRAPs. I did 7 rounds + 11 reps. Was a sprint

    8 burpees to plate jump
    8 53# KB sumo deadlift high pull

    3 min rest

    8 burpees to plate jump
    8 53# KB cleans

    It's been awhile, but I was able to deadlift 255lbs for 2 reps.

    Goal is to hit 300lbs.
    Nice work lovemachine! Just keep working and it'll come. :)

    Working to a 1RM bench press tonight, plus max plank & probably max calories in 3 min on the airdyne. I'd love to hit 200# on the bench, just have to see how it feels.

    i did a slightly modified version of this since I didn't have a KB. Added a few things at the end to work the back a bit. Ended up running 4.5 miles while the boy was at a baseball clinic.

    After two weeks of no squats, deloaded 20% and did my first set Monday. Very sore Wednesday. Will do the next set Friday. Glad I laid off as I was getting worried about over doing it. Have to listen to the body.

    20 Assault Bike Calories
    5 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
    10 Push-up (hand release)s
    15 AbMat Sit-ups

    Ran 5 miles yesterday.... somewhat of an accomplishment as it took a long time to get back to this level (granted small) from this years January stress fracture.

    Today was hero WOD "Zimmerman"

    supposed to be 25min AMRAP
    11 pull ups
    2 315# deadlifts
    10 handstand push ups

    I got 9 rounds and 11 reps

    i did jumping pull ups, 225# deadlifts, and HSPU with two 45# plate under an ab mat. Basically about a 4" dip each time.

    the jumping pull ups got hard. Really hot too

    Typical Snatch, Strict press, bench day. After all that I dead lifted, hit 330 for a 2.6lb PR.

    For a week that I have felt weak I ended up with two Pr's. Weird this weight lifting thing is.

    I had a real ugly 4 mile run this morning. I did a leg workout yesterday evening and my legs were still dead this morning. My whole body has felt beat all week.
