I guess the pain meds caught up with me and I fell asleep. I am missing the signal between the barrocepters in my neck and my brain, I still take medications. My BP varies widely threw out the day. This device lowers my BP 40-45 mm of mercury. I have probes around the arteries in my neck. This device stimulates the arteries to make the natural chemicals your body uses to control your BP.

    How big is the device?

Sitting in the dark. No power. :xmad:might as well go to bed . Ttfn

Sorry to hear about you losing power. That always stinks. For me I would look at that as perhaps a chance to get a good nights sleep because maybe the house will finally be dark and quiet enough to make it easier to sleep.

Haven't been on INGO much lately. Too busy. :(

A moth just decided to dive bomb into my coffee, kamikaze style and I needed to share with someone! My cat isn't doing a great job killing these damn things. :)

A good source of protein. Think of it as natures manna and enjoy.

Don't sweat it. Just make sure you get up early and pay the bill...

Stayed up to watch the mayhem unfold as this beast of a storm rolled over my neighborhood... got some harder than normal frontal wind, a few transformer flashes, and medium rain. Disappointed.

Rest easy, my friend. There looks to be another chance coming at us again.

Well, break room is the appropriate place for me, I guess!
Woke up to wind that sounded damn near a tornado, came downstairs and looked outside to see two huge limbs in the driveway.
The work van took a direct hit and the windshield is on the dash!
hope you all came through better than me!

    There you are.
Got nothing here on the west side of the state. It is very humid though.

Humidity was nasty at work tonight. After the storm blew through it cooled off a lot. Still alot of humidity at the house here, and lots of noise.

Some limbs down on the way home. Dodged a few of them in the road. Must have been worse than it seemed while at work.

    Aw, dang, that sucks.

the storm out west looks to be potentially nasty. Weather dude just said it comes with torrential rain. Like we didn't get that with this one?

So, we have round two to look forward to?
I've got a tarp over the windshield, but with heavy rain or wind, I might get even more damage.

Thankfully that second round fizzled by the time it made it here. But we lost two big limbs in the first one. One is still stuck in the tree.

I walked around the yard, and just kept mumbling expletives.
I've got at least 20 trees down, and most of them are huge. one through the van windshield, one on the camper, the cable lines are on the ground.
the Sycamores in the back yard WERE 80-100' tall (three or four of them are down).
no major damage to the house, probably nothing insurance will help with.

You guys definitely got hit worse than we did. I saw the retail store's broken window in the news. Only other problem here is that my corn blew over.
