Kind of ironic that so many of these type woman are the very ones that are knee deep in advocating abortion. They claim how appalled they are over the murder of 2o kids but yet have no problem with the murder of hundreds of thousands of babys each year. Tell you what......they can all kiss my furry a--.:xmad:

Could it be possible to organize a counter rally of pro-gun moms WITHOUT sparking hostilities?????

I'd like to see it. If handled properly it could lead to some civil lady to lady discussion rather than 2 deeply divided sides.

Exactly! Where's the moral outrage over the roughly 1 million babies killed every year? It's just more hypocrisy from the left.

I'd love just to walk in the opposite direction with my AR on the sling and an open carry pistol on my hip. Just walk down through the middle of them.

    A) I would't tempt a confrontation with this group. That is exactly what they are looking for. ANYTHING to get media exposure.

    B) If (and a big if) you want to tempt it, I'd beat them at their own game. Women and kids, armed for their own safety. Little signs that say "My mommy loves me enough to protect me". This is an emotional game, and our opponent is an EXPERT player.

Yea, or go without your guns just to protest them from the sideline with signs and banners saying stuff like "Gun free zones are killing our children".

I think the idea of it being women is the idea of the year.

I just love the irony. They'd stand there on the basis of their first amendment and tell me how wrong my second amendment is.

How funny would it be for a thousand unarmed moms, chanting and feeling all empowered to round the corner and be face to face with a thousand armed people protesting the opposite side.

I don't want to convey that I want violence, but the point is very clear. If one side has lethal power and another does not, there is no chance of success for the disarmed. We, as armed citizens, have the power to say no. Without arms, we can march, chant, and complain all we want, but we are really powerless.

I am still against this group soley based on the fact that they are sexist.

I am a fulltime single dad, and feel very segregated against by this group. I think I need to contact the ACLU.

Oh, and I like guns, so I guess I couldn't be a part of their sewing circle anyway.

I have thought the same way. I wonder what they think on other liberal issues.

I do not think some of these women even know why they opose guns. :twocents:

    ^^^^^THIS^^^^^^^

Socialists always provoke their political opponets, hoping for a violent reaction so they can clamp down even harder.

This is a socialist grab for power in this country, right now it needs to resisted within the confines of law.

These women are duped, they don't realize if the socialists disarm the US, the women and children will be the biggest victims of crime!

Australian GUN BAN has resulted in the increase of rape of their women by 30%!

An Aussie woman is 3 times more likely to be raped than an US woman!

All of their other crime stats have gone up, including murder..... just not murder by guns!

Most women in this country don't know the facts about guns or crime!

Beware of the Obama Controlled media and their propaganda. They are just provoking law abiding gun owners.

It'd be a real shame if the addresses of the participants who will be busy at the march got into the hands of some people who prefer to pick up their home electronics and jewelry through self-service methods.

[edit]- adding the purple so no one gets inspired.

Your comments reminded me...I saw this line in an article I read a few minutes ago:
...Joseph Goebbels' advice, "Arguments must therefore be crude, clear and forcible, and appeal to emotions and instincts, not the intellect."

Articles: The Antigun Movement's Bridge Too Far

This is the type of thing the progressives are great at and the right is not. They have learned from history well.
