I had to take look after all of this. For anyone that wants a good laugh it's a must see. :):
Wow... while its not the worst facebook page I've seen he does seem to be a few cells short of a full brain...

Looks like he got the *** kicked out of his face last July...

Some people are just meant to fail in life...

While right, that does nothing for the Feds when they come knocking on your door for an interview. In theory, if a crime has been committed, and you had a direct hand in it, albeit unknowingly, you can't exactly say "pound sand and go away." Especially once youve been informed of the crime, and they state that they don't believe you've committed a criminal act.

    Serious question,
Are you saying that we MUST talk to the Feds (or local Leo) if they come knocking?
I guess I thought they would have to subpoena you to MAKE you talk.

So now we see firsthand the picture of someone with enough brains to throw out a lit cigarette knowing that they're being tailed by a cop.

We've all done our fair share of stupid things.

Good luck, OP. There are some lessons to be learned here, but I hope things turn out ok for you. Keep going to church, and ask yourself if you're really living it or just claiming the label. Handle your business and take care of your family. It's time to man up.

The particular area mentioned in the OP is a well known hotspot for ISP and NAPD to run sobriety checks. There are numerous bars in the area, and a casino a few miles up the road. Not a place I would venture if I knew I was driving suspended.

I guess "ask and ye shall recieve" applies here.

So....as it turns out "delete and get a lawyer"- really, really good advice.

As a lawyer (albeit in civil practice)...if I had a nickel for every time I saw good advice ignored....oh wait...I've got a lot more than that. You know what we bottom-feeders say: "Viva la bad choices!"

...and there's a whole section of INGO reading this thread, throwing up and madly googling themselves to check out how much personal information can be gathered on them in 3 minutes of internet ninjary.

Relax, you can bet the Trilateral Commission and the Counsel on Foreign Relations had that dirt long ago.

No argument there. However, there's a big difference between doing "stupid" things as a kid (very few of us can claim innocence) and doing "illegal" things, whether as a kid or an adult.

Is it really that common for everyday Joe American to have regular run-ins with the law, or am I just being naïve? I see the OP's rap sheet and am amazed that he's not already behind bars.

The last speeding ticket I got was 20 years ago, and the last two times I was pulled over was because the cops knew me and just wanted to say hi! :D

There was a poll many years ago and the number of scofflaws on here was pretty impressive...

As far as I can tell, none of his 'crimes' had any actual 'victims'.

His actions here reflect a lack of forethought and some very unwise decisions. That's why I advised him to man up. I certainly don't view him as a hardened, malicious criminal who belongs in jail.

What is going on here? Over 300 postings covering anything from JBT to Epic fails, yet not one meaningful post on BACON!:dunno:

I heard a blurb on the radio this morning about an old woman (100+ years) who attributes her longevity to eating BACON.

    I'm good with that. :D

It just occurred to me. Several pages back, there was a discussion about the LEO and/or newspaper possibly being liable for defamation.

Y'know, accusing someone of false arrest, steeling a wallet, etc..... Mmm interesting new spin.
