    Doesn't seem to make sense to me, because if you had it in stock, they would only be at your house once, but now they would have to be at your house twice ( unless your taking orders over the phone with credit cards and stuff ).

    Well that's the way it is in Fishers. No retail sales under the home occupation rule. That's an interesting point about the traffic.

    Yeah I had a talk with the city the other day. I am very surprised at some of the things that were brought up. So nothing surprises me that much. Ignorance seems to be more and more a daily thing I see..... :dunno:

    I wonder if you have a criminal background if they still let you get one??

    Of course this is the one way felons can acquire firearms with ATF approval :laugh:

    If it's something minor and especially if it happended many years ago they will probably overlook it my guess. But if you got busted a couple times for OWI or have a history of criminal offenses I am pretty sure they would deny you My :twocents:
