I'm not 100% positive if I can make this time or not. Will have to see what's going on. It really is a great time. :rockwoot:Trying to get some of my other friends to come to it.

+1 That made my trip out there yesterday interesting since I had to run some errands first. The good news is that the 10th street exit is close to being finished

Those coming from the North should exit 465 at 38th and take High School Road south to the club. Those coming from the South should exit 465 at 10th and take Girls School Road north to the club.

We're getting more volunteers all the time...

Since I generally fill in while the RO is getting ready to run, I will step up.

Twice a month would be sweet!

If we were to run FNS more than once per month, we would need the following positions filled by qualified, experienced volunteers:

    Match Director:
    Sign In / Scorekeeper:
Shooter's Meeting (could be the same as the Match Director):
    RO 1: Hickman
    RO 2: Singlesix
    RO 3: Downrange72
    RO 4:
    RO 5:

    Any other volunteers this month?

Since I'm handy with Excel and other Computer JUNK ... I can do Sign IN /Scorekeeper (I assume this the person that tallies the scores and posts them on the Net). That is if nobody volunteers.

I will volunteer to RO, if I've passed the test so far.
Otherwise, I'll be there to do whatever necessary.

    Here's a VERY BASIC run-down:

Production-Unmodified gun, 10 round limit in the magazine
Limited-Slightly modified gun (or box-stock if you like), no ports or optics, unlimited mag capacity
Limited 10- Same as Limited but with a 10 round capacity limit
Open-modified to your heart's content. Ports and optics are allowed, no mag restrictions.

any limitations or advantages to running limited10 vs production?

Production is for "striker fired guns" or double action first shot guns with limited modifications. Limited-10 is for single action guns (striker and double action are also allowed) and almost any modification except optics and compensators.

Not really when it comes to steal. I've seen guys with striker fired guns shoot limited10 in USPSA because they had a .40, which gave them the MAJOR scoring factor, instead of the MINOR scoring in Production.

Someone shooting, say a Glock 19, would probably be at a disadvantage shooting in Limited10, because you'd be going up against someone like Anton with a sweet 1911 that he can't shoot in Single Stack.

There are those that shoot 9mm in Steel match in Limited, because they can add some upgrades (trigger kit, mag well, extended mags) and shoot with full high capacity mags.

VUPDBlue being a good example with his M&P9 Pro. Kicks Limited arse in steel because the only "scoring" is hitting or knocking down the steel.

Only need a few more to make this a viable option...

    Here's the update thus far:

    RO 2: BW Frame
