Caught on creek chub..which I caught in a small, small pond near the creek

Made an attempt at some trout today at Island Pit and caught 2. One was 10" and the other was 11.5". Seen a couple guys I know and they both limited. Some others were struggling like me. Kind of surprised a CO didn't show up. Toward the end I had the shoreline to myself. Still couldn't catch anything but it was peaceful to say the least. The only pics I have are for another forum board so don't mind the card in the pic.

The crappy have been off and on in my neighborhood this past week. They seem to be on now after yesterdays rain, I caught another "bender" tonight to go along with the one I put in the cooler a couple days ago.

Sunday, caught 7 largemouth 2-4 lbs on 12" plastic worm on shaky head jig, fishing lake weed beds, lost 3 to short bites on the worms, one was very large, jumped and spit the hook. 2.5 hrs

April 2, same spot, early morning, 3 large mouth 2 lbs with 2 lost too short bites, same jig etc. 1.5 hrs

had 3 1-2 pounders on Sunday, black/blue jig. Had one I'm guessing at 20 inches or so come off in some brush... was a niiiice fish.

Caught 3 today in 4 casts during lunch at a pond here at work. Watermelon Senko weightless. First time I've thrown a Senko that wasn't white and it worked well.

Went to Wawasee Sunday fished 5 hrs, bass werent feeding to much we caught 3 keepers. Water temps ranged from 52-56. A few males on beds waiting for sals. Didn't see any sals on beds. A lot of beds fanned out the week before last when it got hot. With the cool weather they came off the beds. Warmer temps will bring them in. Just need a few more degrees. Looking forward to our first open tournament the 14th.

8lb. 4oz. largemouth my brother caught at my family's private lake a few weeks ago. caught on a salty crawl bait. first cast when he went out in the waders for the first time. sucker took it hook line and sinker immediately.

He took the measurements for a replica. I believe it was just over 24" long. can't remember the circumference. we let the wild beast back into the wild. hoping it will grow bigger and catch it next year

I have one on the wall at my parents house that is 3lbs and 21in long and it looks similar.
