230+ posts of crap, and you sir, nailed it! Thanks for that.

No one knows what is going on, you can't trust the media or the "news releases" from the agencies.

Wow, really glad i have a job and a life off of here.

Yes, you are so far above all here, with this amazing life you have. But yet you have time to read 230 posts, and not time to form a response that might enlighten or inform.

    Kettle meet pot.

I'd like to see more come of this. The feds were wrong on the raid in Texas. The only people who lost there were the families.

Quote the media (which you don't trust) to question law enforcement (that you don't trust) and blame to federal govenment (that you don't trust). Yup, you guys are from the deep end of the pool, yup.

This is a real deep discussion. Yup.

You're not trying to incite anything or escalate the situation, are you? :dunno:
Just asking, but obviously, I don't want to get too deep.

Obviously, nobody knows exactly what is happening, or has happened. It's all speculation at this point, but I'm impressed that everyone has kept their cool, especially the accused.

If you're wanting to open the proverbial bag of "What if...", which in it's own right is a dumb game, then here's a what if for your deep thinking.

What if this was a trumped up charge, created from within, with the express intent of trying to create something very news worthy? (Use your imagination on this point) The accused have remained calm, peaceful, and no violence has been reported from anyone in and around all of these activities. "What if" this is the exact opposite expected/desired reaction from the enforcing party? Doesn't that say a lot about the resolve and patience of the American patriot? The enforcing party may try to light the fuse, but the cool heads of the determined freedom fighter will extinguish that fuse by exhausting all resources, and I mean ALL resources, in making every attempt to successfully restore the republic through peaceful means.

    Too much tin foil? :dunno:

No, i really think CB45, with 10 posts, stated it well. "Seems like one should try get the whole story here... something seems shady. I don't understand the law I guess. Where's the proof of any wrongdoing? I think the media is doing a poor job of informing the public of what the evidence is. All I read is hearsay and speculation... " I repped him for it.

Hundreds of post, no data, no facts. The same guys quoting the "media" to trash the Feds will trash the "media" tomorrow for an article regarding 2A or gunowners tomorrow.

You either have trust in a source, or you do not.
When you step back a read a few lines, it's pretty sad.

For all of you speculating about who the Hutaree are/were and/or what they were doing--have you spent anytime on their website reading their forum?

I mean, I'm for completely unfounded, rumor-based wild speculation as much as the next guy, but you can go on their public forum and get an idea of what they were or weren't about. Just to let you know, reading the posts AFTER the raid won't be too productive, unless you just happen to be into gay porn. (There's a quite a collection of sodomites playing hide the weeny. Just giving you fair warning. Nobody told me and I was at the eyewash station with drano and a cheesegrater trying to get those images out of my mind!)

Me, I am in a wait and see mode.
I am going to wait and see what happens next, can't say I am too certain about any of all this just yet.
But seriously, I am certain I don't need to see what Hemingway just described! :n00b:

    And a lot more at the source;

Members of the self-described Christian militia were arrested in weekend raids in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.
The suspects are expected to appear in Detroit in front of U.S. Magistrate Judge Donald A. Scheer; one may appear in court this morning in Indiana.
Mike Lackomar of Michigan-Militia.com said he heard from other militia members that the FBI targeted the Hutaree after its members made threats against Islamic organizations.
Although there had been reports the Hutaree may have targeted Muslims, there is no mention in the indictment of any threats against them.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations issued a statement Sunday asking federal law enforcement officials to release more information about possible threats against Muslims.
"Given the recent sharp spike CAIR offices nationwide have observed in anti-Islam rhetoric, it would not be surprising that an extremist group would seek to turn that bigoted rhetoric into violent actions," said Nihad Awad, CAIR national executive director in Washington.

If the militias want to be taken seriously, I suggest the first thing they do is prevent Bubba008009 from ever being near a camera or a computer again.

In a state of acute Pork-i-docis
The G O V T = TERROR to me!!!! all the letter agencies are is a terror group themselves!! look at how they are making grown men afraid to even type the TRUTH on a computer! This is America and i can say anything i want about the big bad MAN, and its my right, i fought for it for all of you to do it too. Some Americans need to grow a pair, or find the ones they use to have. we have become complacent! WE THE PEOPLE ultimately CONTROL these letter agencies, so if they are doing things against the law or more importantly THE CONSTITUTION then we need to SPEAK out!!!! call your representatives first to try and get action taken!!! they control the budget these agencies have, so they WILL obey as long as enough people call and write about it. im all for talking in a forum about it to make people aware, but if forum post is all the action your taking then you arent doing enough by a long shot! CALL YOUR Senators and congressman today!!! tell them your discusted at the way the "MAN" is treating THE PEOPLE who he works for!! WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THEIR BOSS!!! not the other way around.

Whoa there! Weren't you the guy who ran to the BATFE after a gun shop allegedly violated the arguably unconstitutional Brady Bill?

Your post in that thread was:

well sounds like i will retain an attorney to protect myself just in case, and we will call the ATF together.

These goofs ALLEGEDLY were planning to kill as many LEO's as possible while they were attending a fellow LEO's funeral, according to federal agents. They get no sympathy from me.
Feds say militia members wanted to attack cops - Security- msnbc.com

There, I fixed it for you. Keep these points in mind. Some of the things that the feds are saying about this are the very same things that they said about other groups, which proved later to be either gross exaggerations, or outright lies.

Wow, who said they trusted the media in here? Anyone? Anyone? Who said they trusted the Gooberment? Anyone? Anyone? As far as I can tell, we've been posting numerous articles from numerous sources, including blogs and videos from members themselves and those close to the accused. Errrrr Sorry. Try again Mr. "I have such a great life and you all are pigs".

It's already posted a few pages back.

Twice. Or, actually, I quoted it too, so three times. :):

Yeah that forum is pretty bad, but you can tell from some of the older threads that while they might have been somewhat extreme, I really don't see them going all out fed killing. And now it's not about them wanting to kill feds. It's NOW supposedly about making threats against an Islamic group? Really. WOW.
