Actually I think the Burden of Proof falls on Cobbler for this one.
Show us where it is written in Federal Code or Indiana State Code that OC is a not Protected, if you can...

As to the best of my knowledge the Federal Code and the Indiana Code is currently Silent on this subject. And Silence speaks Volumes to me...

Nature and the legislature abhor a vacuum. What, me worry?

Cobber wants me to prove that OC is protected by the constitution of the US or State of Indiana or both. He wants to know why the legislator can't just take away our rights.

    I say I don't have to.

We already HAVE the right to OC. They can only take it from us IF WE LET THEM. I feel this is a very simple point and if there is a flaw in my logic please let me know.
Cobbler = a person who makes & repairs shoes.
Cobber = a person who likes shucking corn.
    You're dealing with the latter.

    :stickpoke: (just pokin fun cobber)

Hey, Guy. How about some kind of update on what's happening? I know you can't go into the case but are there any time lines you can let us know about, such as the city's time to respond, statutory limits on how long this can drag on, etc?

Ouch. At least I paid a little extra to get a fat seat for my bike when I bought it years ago. I can't stand the prostate-killing banana seats. I'm sure that's what you were talking about, right? ;)

Didn't know they still made bikes with banana seats. I learned something today.
