There is more to the story but I won't post it here. I'll just say the rules are the rules. When they are not followed, PM's, warnings and infractions are how they are dealt with.

When a member breaks the rules, gets warned and asked to follow the rules, then goes off the wall with name calling PM's, bad stuff follows their decision.
