That Wal-Mart is the worst in Customer Service. I recently vowed not to return to any Wal-Mart. I spent 30 minutes there and didnt get the 2 things I went in for because of poor Customer Service. -1 Wal-Mart BG.
Besides, Why would someone make up that law in their head? Another successful weekend lawyer class i suppose.

don't hold your breath! Businesses tell people nice things like this because they hope you will get busy eating your twinkies, and watching some crap on the tele and forget what happened. But what does loss prevention have anything to do with this?

Probably because, like many stores, Loss Prevention is the security division and they are going to try to come up with some BS reason why it is a security risk, and not actually mention any "laws" that you were told about. Stand your ground. Don't let them BS you, which they will. Ask for the law that was referenced to be quoted to you. Point out that WalMart's corporate firearm policy states that they go on a state by state basis and allow or disallow OC/CC according to state laws. Then tell them to suck it.
