Armed robber gets smoked robbing a taco joint

I got this off a Tweet and half the commenters are human cancer. No surprise there, I guess

Remember this one? Taqueria Guy? Went to a grand jury and as far as I can tell never heard from again. Most recent story I can find by googling is 300 days old.

    From back in July:

Guy with 100% disability rating from VA and his wife staying at Indigo hotel in Waco. Awakened at 0300 by women screaming that some dude is going to kill them. Guy takes his Springfield .45 with him down the hall and knocks on door. Dude, 300+ lbs answers door, curses, goes back inside, more screaming. Guy knocks again, same thing happens. Guy knocks 3rd time, dude comes out in hallway and throws guy up against wall, then reaches for gun. Guy shoots once, dude DRT.

GJ no-billed him about five days ago.

Guys own X post on the event, including pic of no-bill:

Would've been a lot of tax dollars needed to prove the bad guy wasn't already dead when Tauqueria Guy put that last round in the bad guy.

I do not approve of that last shot. I do approve of the prudent use of the taxpayers money.

It appears a DGU is buried in this:

Unidentified man (UM) makes deal to trade AR-15 for a Springfield 9mm and $400 cash from Hudson, and they agree to meet at so e parking lot.

Hudson takes his buddies Jackson and Dodd along, and they make a plan to rob UM. UM gets in backseat of car with Hudson, and Dodd and Jackson in front (!). UM passes rifle to Dodd, Jackson hands cash to UM…but won’t let go of the money.

Jackson then uses the Springfield to shoot UM in the thigh. UM takes Springfield away from Jackson and shoots both him and Dodd multiple times, killing both. Hudson says he didn’t leave car until after the shooting, which I am skeptical of, but in any case he was not shot. He did runaway however. UM limped to nearby house and called for help. Hudson caught later.

UM and Hudson went to grand jury: UM no-billed, Hudson indicted for murder.

The whole thing sounds sketchy, but props to UM for keeping his head after getting shot and turning the situation around.

BTW UM is UM because newspaper removed his name from article since he was no-billed.

I feel sorry for the family that suffers a loss. Even if it's a criminal.

    BUT.
    When they start making DEMANDS.
    NO!

    Their family member screwed up.
The rest of us bear no responsibility for that.

Too many areas where these families get awarded millions when their family member was completely in the wrong. Exactly why these scumbags start making noise when it happens is that they hear that cash register ringing... :xmad:
