I applied for mine on 1/06/2013 and got it 3/21/13. I was told two weeks when I applied, but from everything I read expected 6 months. All in all, not TOO long of a wait I suppose...

    Did you have any prior?

I have a misdemeanor arrest from 1978 for the heinous and dastardly crime of tending bar without a bartender's permit. (Today, it's a ticket). I got my permit the next day, took it to court, and the judge dismissed the case. He even chastised the Owner for not checking my permit. The judge told me that he would have the record expunged, but apparently that did not happen. Hence the nearly 6 month wait.

BTW, I did not list the arrest on my app since there was no conviction.

First of all :welcome: to :ingo:.

Did you do paper prints or electronic ? That could explain your wait.

Forget the 60 day thing. Yes, it's in the I.C., but there is no penalty if it is not followed. We've been down this road many times.

Hang in there. It'll come if you followed the rules.

Thanks everyone for all the  and :rockwoot:. You guys made the wait bearable.

And for anyone in or near Avon, the nice lady at Office Depot on Rockville was more than happy to copy and laminate. Cost me a whole $2.50 for (4).

Did she copy on pink paper for you? I got mine laminated at staples and the lady told me that she was only allowed to copy them onto white paper :dunno: :xmad:

No, I was pleasantly surprised. I was all set to buy a package of pink paper for $9.00, when I asked where the laminating kits were. She asked me if I needed something laminated and I showed her my LTCH. She said " Yeah, I get a lot of those. Do you want to use your pink paper, or mine ? " Of course, I let her copy and laminate for me. She was very curious about the LTCH process and I explained it to her.

I have to say, this was the easiest part of the whole ordeal. Two   for Office Depot Avon.

I think the state is required by statute to process the M.O. within a few days.
