439 tested negative, so conservatively we can say 100 may have actually still had it. what percentage of positives could have still kept working just fine?

While the number with symptoms would be interesting, it isn't critical to stopping the spread because people who test positive and are with or without symptoms can still spread the virus. Are you suggesting that if you test positive and do not have symptoms that you should keep working? That is a good way to spread the virus. I don't think most people would want to work anywhere near them.

Of the 171 positives - 90 people are active positives and self-isolating, 81 are recovered and can return to work.
48 others are waiting for results.

The important number is the number of people that tested negative but have been contaminated recently and can start spreading the virus soon. If that number is greater than zero they still have a virus problem.

I don't have any symptoms so I should probably stay in my house the rest of my life because I'd hate to accidentally expose someone to a virus I probably don't have.
