A letter? How about expungement of the arrest?

You would think, but an expungement would probably be admitting wrong doing on their part. That letter will be useless, if the arrest comes up nobody is going to look any further at her and what is she supposed to do attach it preemptively to every job application? Look at the bias there always is to people with arrest records just on INGO, that same attitude is shared by many.

I find it 'interesting' that you chose to comment on the OP from a year ago but missed the fact that the victim has since received a settlement from the suit she brought.

I'd call that confirmed.
