First, let me preface this as I'm not a big sports fan. Other than women's curling. I'll go to an Indian's game because its cheap and entertaining, but Watching any mainstream sport on TV interests me less than zero.

So I've been watching this thread title percolate to the top constantly. And the verbiage tweaked my OCD, but not like you'd think. I'm thinking "Damn. What PoC/foreigner with a funny name did they draft that is such a big deal? Who the hell is Nunc Coepi? And more importantly, how do you pronounce his name?"

So after seeing this thread CONSTANTLY at the top of the pile for weeks, I decided to google the "player". Huh. Learned something new today.

Well yes. I started this thread right after the playoff loss assuming that Rivers would be back. And then of course he retired.
