    What....there was a game tonight....who knew, or even cared.....:dunno:

I only knew because the ESPN app on my phone kept going off with updates...didn't care though. I think the Colts lost but I just glanced at that final update and am not even 100% sure about that. Meh...

Four hundred and how many million for the oil can ?

I'm no math magician but I'm thinking with only 7 million or so Hooosiers , that same money could've enriched a lot of lives .

Hey at least they didn't blow the lead in the second half this time!

We went to Cheeseburger in Paradise for a late lunch yesterday and the game was just starting. It was entertaining during the pregame comments the announcers were talking about how critical this game was for the Ravens and how they really needed a win and what a tough game it was going to be . I guess they didn't look to see who they were playing.

It wasn't great football around the league today but the 49ers with Garrapolo look pretty impressive. They put up 42 against the Jags and the #1 defense in the NFL today. 4 wins in a row to end the year.

    On any given day.

I keep hoping to find some emotion about the NFL this year.
Sadly the NFL has officiating problems, rules issues, and favoritism. I just can't seem to get very enthused in the games this year.
Colts were a disaster as we have seen the last 3 years and just not much fun to watch.
I'm probably going to be a Bears fan again if this crap keeps up.

The NFL is obviously been manipulated from New York. Way to many rules that can change the game from the Zebras. Micro manipulations. Terrible officiating as a result. It is not just the kneelers. It is the entire package.

    Don't do it

I've/was a Bears fan since the late 50s. Dad would drive up to Soldier Field and he'd take me. He was also an old time Colts Fan mostly 'cause they had a couple of big time players from the UK program. Same with basketball. I was a human antennae for anything UK.
I lived through many, many, losing seasons with the Bears and it didn't matter. Once they fired Ditka I was done with them.
I'm really having trouble staying with the Colts though. Just a lousy product.

Just remember like so many other things you get high tides and low tides...right now is a low tide. It will get better. It's not like the Colts or Bears have been killing it lately

Tides have been so low lately that I'm thinking about pulling for the Patriots.
At least they play good football (even if I don't like some of the players or management) I do like Gronk. He's a freak of nature.
