Jefferson's OCEAN Voyage 5 is on its way
Sweet! So any word on how it stacks up to voyage 2 and 4?
?What kind makes you mean.
Cracked open a bottle of Old Forester tonight. This bottle of 86 proof (got under a Jackson) has a really good lasting finish.
Looked at a bottle of Ocean 5 tonight. I'm secretly crying I had to leave it behind.
To lazy to read all 20 pages, has anyone said anything about EH Taylor? I saw 3 bottles of it today, I don't remember what they were beyond that, 3 different price points.
MSRP on the OCEAN is only $79.95.Nope, cheapest was under the $50 mark @$49.99
The others were at 79 and 99 i think.
Ocean was 89
Baker's again this weekend. This could get ugly...
OK INGO what do I try next to break the Bakers cycle? Bookers', Knob Creek Single Barrell, or some type of rye?
MSRP on the OCEAN is only $79.95.
Depending upon the bottle I typically see Col. E.H. Taylor at $69 and $89.
Bookers or Noah's Mill would be a couple very fine choices.
I wish they would mark it at that price down here but I've bought 3 bottles at all different places, 89 was the norm.
BTW, Jefferson's OCEAN Voyage 5 is mighty fine bourbon. Mighty fine indeed. Yessir, damn good stuff it is. Yummy yum yum good stuff.
There were 2 of us there who also have bottles of Voyage 4 and both of us thought it was as good or perhaps better than Voyage 4. We did not, however, do a bottle to bottle comparison as nobody brought a bottle of Voyage 4 to compare.how does it compare to voyage 2 and 4?
