I think the surveillance is finally over. No one has followed me around since my Rape trial began. 4 days without a tail.

I know what that means. Word has gotten out from the Special Prosecutor about what they are going to do, or not going to do, so no reason to try to intimidate me.

I was treated like crap by law enforcement but I know politics was their motivation. I still have other remedies pending. Wait and see but it is terrifying that the Courthouse gang can attack a private citizen merely for exercising his rights. Stuff ain't free, got to fight, I know.

Yet again, it is not the cops that are the problem. I do not blame them in the least. The problem(s) are in another direction.

Serious question: could also have to do only with the fact you are in a rape trial? Are they avoiding having you complain to the trial judge about apparent prosecutorial intimidation? I mean we know this trial is not the catalyst for the tail, but would seem to look bad for the cops hanging around. I don't know what your other defense work has been like in the mean time, but would seem a rape trial could hinge a lot on credibility of the prosecution, and if it came up in court that the prosecution even appeared to be using "extracurricular" efforts to influence the case it could cause problems down the road?
